What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity is one container, approximately 18.5 metric tons. Please contact our team to discuss product specifications, packaging requirements, and shipping arrangements for your order.
Can you provide private label or OEM packaging?
Yes. KFES supports private-label and OEM requirements, including shape, size, specification, packaging, box design, branding, label, master carton and quantity — all customizable to your brand identity and target market.
Do you have a ready-made brand available for distribution?
Yes. The Roy Charcoal is our ready-to-distribute premium coconut charcoal brand. Buyers who prefer to distribute an established brand rather than build their own can explore The Roy Charcoal product range.
How do you ensure charcoal quality and consistency?
We maintain quality control throughout sourcing, production, and final inspection. Depending on the product, specifications such as moisture, ash content, volatile matter and fixed carbon are reviewed and can be discussed with our customers, along with a Certificate of Analysis.
Do you ship internationally, and which Incoterms do you support?
Yes. We export from the ports of Semarang, Surabaya and Jakarta, Indonesia, and support FOB, CIF and other Incoterms including DDP. We coordinate export documentation (CIPL, B/L, COO) and freight arrangements for importers, distributors and business partners worldwide.
What is your typical production lead time?
For first-time orders, stuffing typically begins around 40 days after down payment, with total lead time of about 1–2 months. Repeat orders are processed much faster, in as little as 10 days, once specifications are confirmed.
Can I request a product sample?
Yes. Send us a sample inquiry with your preferred product type and specifications. Minimum sample quantity is 1kg, with a typical preparation lead time of 3-5 days depending on availability.
Which countries do you currently export to?
We currently supply Lebanon, the UAE (Dubai), Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Iraq, Syria, Congo, Angola, Gabon, Senegal, Brazil, Canada, Russia, Germany, Australia and the USA, and continue to grow our presence in Australia and the USA.

What are your payment terms?
Our standard terms are 50% down payment with the balance due before shipment. Terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
